F3 Bedrock is a free, peer-led workout group for men focused on building fitness, fellowship, and faith in our community. We're located in East Roseville and Granite Bay, California.
OUR MISSION
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith – and these guide everything we do. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
FITNESS
We pursue physical fitness through functional, team-based, peer-led workouts in the outdoors, regardless of conditions.
FELLOWSHIP
We build relationships through shared physical challenges, vulnerability, and accountability to foster authentic male friendships.
FAITH
We strengthen our faith by discussing life's deeper meaning, supporting one another, and serving our communities together.
